Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery service?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available for most large furniture pieces. This service includes inside delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a seamless experience.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order furniture pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
How can I be sure of the fabric color and texture before purchasing?
We understand that digital screens can vary. You can request up to five fabric swatches free of charge to ensure the material matches your home's aesthetic before committing to a large purchase.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Kline Collective furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
